At KENOS Technology, we are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join projects in the automotive sector, to work onsite in Barcelona.

We’re looking for a Scrum Master with a strategic mindset, ready to guide a team on its journey toward becoming a high-performing, product-driven team. This is not a role for a ceremony facilitator, we need someone who understands delivery, collaboration, ownership, and how to foster a culture of continuous improvement and product thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team’s transformation from a delivery mindset to a product and value mindset by self-organization and become high performant.
• Facilitate dynamics that boost team autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and shared ownership of the product.
• Ensure the Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective) are purposeful and effective — not just rituals.
• Proactively identify and remove blockers — whether technical, organizational, or interpersonal.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement through agile metrics and active retrospectives.
• Support alignment between the Product Team, Product Owner, and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate sessions around product vision, sprint goals, and discovery when needed.
• Act as a mentor and coach, helping the team grow in maturity, accountability, and learning.

 What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with strong experience in digital product environments.
• Proven track record of evolving teams toward high performance and strong product ownership — not just "doing Scrum".
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and agile frameworks, with a pragmatic, people-first approach.
• Strong interpersonal intelligence and ability to navigate team dynamics and organizational culture.
• Solid grasp of product delivery principles, discovery techniques, feedback loops, and value-driven metrics.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and informal leadership skills.
• Experience with OKRs, agile delivery metrics, Lean UX, or systems coaching.
